Originally hailing from Lithuania in Europe, I now call the Blue Mountains home. I have been working all around Australia for many years in the private practice sector. When I am not working, you will find me bushwalking, gardening, canyoning, rock climbing, painting, or reading.

I have a background in child therapy (MSc Play Therapy), which has led me to work with the effects of neurodevelopmental trauma with clients across the lifespan, then narrowing focus on adults experiencing residual effects often resulting in Anxiety Disorders, Depression Disorders, Complex Trauma, and attachment difficulties creating obstacles in maintaining close relationships. I am extremely dedicated and passionate about my work, helping & supporting my clients through a range of issues and presentations. I have a caring nature and my disposition as a therapist is warm, relatable, and non-judgmental.
